01 مقدمة Introduction

توضّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه ("السياسة") كيف تقوم شركة درايّة للتقنيات الذكية ("درايّة"، "نحن"، "نا") بجمع المعلومات واستخدامها وتخزينها وحمايتها عند استخدامك تطبيق صُحبة ("صُحبة"، "التطبيق"، أو "الخدمة")، المُتاح على متجر Google Play باسم الحزمة com.dirayaah.suhba.

بإنشائك حساباً في صُحبة أو الوصول إليه أو استخدامه بأي شكل، فإنك تُقرّ بأنك قرأت هذه السياسة وفهمتها وتوافق على الممارسات الموضحة فيها. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء من هذه السياسة، فيتعيّن عليك عدم استخدام الخدمة.

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how Dirayaah Smart Technologies ("Dirayaah," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Suhba mobile application ("Suhba," the "App," or the "Service"), distributed on the Google Play Store under the package name com.dirayaah.suhba.

By creating an account or otherwise accessing or using Suhba, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you should not use the Service.

02 عن تطبيق صُحبة About Suhba

صُحبة هي منصة افتراضية ثلاثية الأبعاد بالوقت الفعلي، مُصمّمة للمجتمعات التعليمية والروحانية، بما في ذلك بيئات التعلّم المؤسسية كحلقات تحفيظ القرآن الكريم والدروس الدينية. وتدعم الخدمة الاتصال الصوتي اللحظي بين المشاركين في الجلسات الافتراضية المشتركة.

صُممت صُحبة وفق فلسفة تقليل البيانات إلى الحد الأدنى: نحن نجمع فقط ما هو ضروري لتشغيل الخدمة، ولا نُحقّق أي عائد مادي من بيانات المستخدمين عبر الإعلانات أو التصنيف السلوكي أو بيع البيانات لأطراف ثالثة.

Suhba is a real-time 3D virtual platform built for educational and spiritual communities, including institutional learning environments such as Quran study circles and religious lessons. The Service supports real-time voice communication between participants in shared virtual sessions.

Suhba has been designed with a privacy-minimizing philosophy: we collect only what is strictly necessary for the Service to function, and we do not monetize user data through advertising, profiling, or third-party data sales.

03 نطاق هذه السياسة Scope of This Policy

تنطبق هذه السياسة على جميع مستخدمي تطبيق صُحبة بصرف النظر عن موقعهم الجغرافي. وتحكم هذه السياسة فقط الممارسات الخاصة بالمعلومات لدى شركة درايّة للتقنيات الذكية فيما يتعلق بتطبيق صُحبة. ولا تنطبق على:

• أي خدمات أو مواقع أو تطبيقات تابعة لأطراف ثالثة قد يُشار إليها من داخل صُحبة.
• ممارسات Google Play، أو أنظمة تشغيل الأجهزة المحمولة، أو الشركات المُصنّعة للأجهزة.
• ممارسات المؤسسات التعليمية أو المعلمين الذين قد يستخدمون صُحبة لتقديم الجلسات لطلابهم.

This Policy applies to all users of the Suhba mobile application, regardless of geographic location. It governs only the information practices of Dirayaah Smart Technologies with respect to Suhba. It does not apply to:

• Any third-party services, websites, or applications that may be referenced from within Suhba.
• Information practices of Google Play, mobile operating systems, or device manufacturers.
• Information practices of educational institutions or teachers who may use Suhba to deliver sessions to their participants.

We have intentionally minimized the information collected by Suhba. The following describes the full scope of our data collection at the time this Policy is published.

4.1 المعلومات التي تُقدّمها مباشرةً

4.1 Information You Provide Directly

عند تسجيلك في صُحبة، تُقدّم معلومة واحدة فقط: اسم (اسم ظاهر) من اختيارك. وتقوم بإدخال هذا الاسم بنفسك أثناء عملية التسجيل.

When you register for Suhba, you provide a single piece of information: a name (display name) of your choosing. You enter this name yourself during the registration process.

You are free to use a real name, a partial name, or a chosen identifier. Suhba does not verify the authenticity of the name you provide, and we do not require that it match your legal identity.

Registration is mandatory in order to use the Service. There is no guest or anonymous browsing mode.

To make our practices unambiguous, the following categories of personal data are NOT collected, requested, accessed, or stored by Suhba:

• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Passwords (the App does not currently use password-based authentication)
• Date of birth or age
• Gender
• Nationality, country, region, or city
• Postal or physical addresses
• Government identifiers or identity documents
• Profile photographs, avatars based on real images, or any uploaded media
• Precise location (GPS)
• Approximate location (including IP-derived location)
• Contacts, address book, or social graph
• Photos, videos, or files from your device
• Calendar or scheduling data
• SMS, call logs, or other messaging data
• Browsing history or activity outside Suhba
• Biometric identifiers
• Financial information or payment data
• Advertising identifiers (such as AAID)
• Religious affiliation, sect, or specific religious practice metadata

4.3 الوصول إلى الميكروفون

4.3 Microphone Access

يطلب تطبيق صُحبة الوصول إلى ميكروفون جهازك فقط لتمكين الاتصال الصوتي اللحظي بين المشاركين داخل جلسات التطبيق. يُستخدم الميكروفون حصراً للنقل الصوتي المباشر، ولا يُستخدم بتاتاً للتسجيل في الخلفية أو لتحليل الصوت أو لتحويل الكلام إلى نص.

يمكنك السماح بصلاحية الميكروفون أو رفضها من خلال إعدادات جهازك. إذا رفضت الإذن، فلن تستطيع المشاركة في المحادثات الصوتية داخل صُحبة، لكن يظل بإمكانك استخدام بقية ميزات التطبيق.

Suhba requests access to your device microphone solely to enable real-time voice communication between participants within sessions of the App. The microphone is used exclusively for live voice transmission and is never used for background recording, voice analysis, or speech-to-text conversion.

You may grant or deny microphone permission through your device settings. If you deny microphone permission, you will not be able to participate in voice conversations within Suhba, but you may still use the other features of the App.

Suhba does not request, require, or use access to your device camera.

في وقت نشر هذه السياسة، لا يقوم تطبيق صُحبة بشكل تلقائي بجمع مُعرّفات الأجهزة، أو عناوين IP، أو بيانات التحليلات، أو بيانات القياس عن بُعد (Telemetry)، أو سجلات الأعطال التي تحوي بيانات شخصية، أو أي بيانات تتبّع سلوكي.

في حال بدأنا جمع أي من هذه المعلومات مستقبلاً (مثلاً لأغراض تحسين الخدمة أو التحليلات أو الأمن)، سنقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة قبل بدء عملية الجمع، وسنُتيح السياسة المُحدّثة للمستخدمين من خلال التطبيق.

At the time this Policy is published, Suhba does not automatically collect device identifiers, IP addresses, analytics data, telemetry, crash logs containing personal data, or behavioral tracking information.

If we begin collecting such information in the future (for example, for service improvement, analytics, or security purposes), we will update this Policy in advance of such collection and make the updated Policy available to users through the App.

05 كيف نستخدم معلوماتك How We Use Your Information

تُستخدم المعلومة الشخصية الوحيدة التي نجمعها (اسمك الظاهر) فقط للأغراض المحدودة والمحددة التالية:

• التعريف داخل الجلسات: ليتمكن المشاركون الآخرون — مثل معلّمك وزملائك — من التعرّف عليك خلال الجلسات الافتراضية المشتركة.
• تشغيل الميزات الأساسية للخدمة: بما في ذلك المشاركة في الجلسات والاتصال الصوتي اللحظي وإدارة الحساب الأساسية.
• التواصل معك بشأن حسابك أو بشأن الطلبات التي تُقدّمها إلينا (مثل طلبات الوصول إلى البيانات أو التصحيح أو الحذف).

لا نستخدم معلوماتك لأي مما يلي:

The single piece of personal information we collect (your display name) is used for the following limited and specific purposes:

• Identification within sessions: so that other participants — such as your teacher and fellow students — can recognize you during shared virtual sessions.
• Operating core features of the Service: including session participation, real-time voice communication, and basic account management.
• Communicating with you regarding your account or requests you submit to us (such as data access, correction, or deletion requests).

We do NOT use your information for any of the following:

• Advertising, behavioral targeting, or marketing of any kind.
• Sale, rental, or licensing to third parties.
• Building user profiles, behavioral scoring, or automated decision-making.
• Training of artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

06 الاتصالات الصوتية Voice Communications

يُتاح الاتصال الصوتي في تطبيق صُحبة عبر خدمة Agora للاتصال الصوتي اللحظي. ولضمان الشفافية الكاملة، نوضّح أدناه بالتفصيل كيف يتم التعامل مع بيانات الصوت:

• تعمل التدفقات الصوتية في الوقت الفعلي حصراً. يُنقل الصوت بين المشاركين أثناء التحدث، ولا يُحفظ مؤقتاً أو يُخزّن على بنيتنا التحتية بما يتجاوز ما هو ضروري تقنياً للنقل المباشر.
• لا يقوم تطبيق صُحبة بتسجيل الصوت. لا نحتفظ بأي تسجيلات أو أرشيف أو نسخ احتياطية للجلسات الصوتية.
• لا يتم تفريغ الصوت كتابياً. لا نُحوّل الكلام إلى نص، ولا نُولّد أي نصوص للمحادثات.
• لا يتم تحليل الصوت بواسطة الذكاء الاصطناعي. لا نُطبّق التعلّم الآلي أو تقييم التلاوة أو تحليل المشاعر أو التعرّف الصوتي البيومتري أو أي معالجة آلية أخرى على بيانات الصوت.
• لا يُسمع الصوت إلا من قِبل المشاركين الآخرين في نفس الجلسة المباشرة.

Voice communication in Suhba is provided through the Agora real-time voice service. To ensure complete transparency, we describe below precisely how voice data is handled:

• Voice streams operate strictly in real time. Audio is transmitted between participants as it is spoken and is not buffered or stored on our infrastructure beyond what is technically required for live delivery.
• Voice is not recorded by Suhba. We do not maintain recordings, archives, or backups of voice sessions.
• Voice is not transcribed. We do not convert speech to text, nor do we generate transcripts of conversations.
• Voice is not analyzed by artificial intelligence. We do not apply machine learning, recitation evaluation, sentiment analysis, biometric voice identification, or any other automated processing to voice data.
• Voice is heard only by other participants of the same live session.

6.1 إدارة الجلسات

6.1 Session Moderation

للحفاظ على نظام وجودة الجلسات التعليمية، يجوز للمعلمين كتم صوت المشاركين يدوياً. يتم الكتم وفق قواعد جلسة يتم إعلام المشاركين بها مسبقاً، ويُستخدم فقط لدعم سير الجلسة التنظيمي. لا يُنشئ الكتم أي سجل مُخزّن لمحتوى الصوت؛ فقط فعل الكتم نفسه يُعالَج بواسطة الخدمة لتطبيق حالة الكتم خلال الجلسة المباشرة.

To maintain order and quality of educational sessions, teachers may manually mute participants. Muting is performed in accordance with session rules that participants are informed of in advance and is used solely to support the organizational flow of the session. Muting does not create any stored record of voice content; only the action of muting itself is processed by the Service to enforce the mute state during the live session.

07 كيفية مشاركة المعلومات How We Share Information

نحن لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية ولا نُؤجّرها ولا نُتاجر بها ولا ننقلها إلى أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تسويقية أو إعلانية أو تجارية.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.

7.1 الظهور داخل الخدمة

7.1 Visibility Within the Service

يكون اسمك الظاهر وصوتك المباشر (أثناء حديثك) مرئياً أو مسموعاً للمشاركين الآخرين في نفس الجلسة، الذين قد يشملون معلّمك وطلاباً آخرين. هذا الظهور أصيل في الغرض التعليمي والاجتماعي للخدمة.

Your display name and your live voice (while you are speaking) are visible or audible to other participants of the same session, which may include your teacher and other students. This visibility is inherent to the educational and social purpose of the Service.

Teachers participating in a session may take moderation actions, including muting and removing students, as part of operating the session.

We rely on the following service providers to operate the technical components of Suhba. Each provider processes data strictly for the limited purpose described and is bound by their own privacy and security commitments:

• إذا قرّرت مؤسسة مشاركة إنهاء استخدامها لتطبيق صُحبة وطلبت نقل البيانات المحدودة المرتبطة بمشاركيها، فقد نُشارك هذه البيانات مع المؤسسة. سيتم إخطار المستخدمين قبل أي نقل من هذا النوع قدر الإمكان.

Suhba may be used in the context of educational or religious institutions. In such contexts:

• Student accounts are created by the student directly. We do not perform bulk account provisioning on behalf of institutions.
• Teachers and other session participants may see the student's display name during shared sessions, as described in Section 7.1.
• If a participating institution chooses to discontinue its use of Suhba and the institution requests transfer of the limited data associated with its participants, we may share such data with the institution. Users will be notified before any such transfer takes place to the extent practicable.

We may disclose information if we are required to do so by applicable law, a valid legal process, or a binding order from a competent authority. Where lawful and feasible, we will notify affected users of any such request. At the time this Policy is published, we have no record of having disclosed user data in response to law enforcement requests.

7.5 التحوّلات التجارية

في حال خضوع شركة درايّة للتقنيات الذكية لتحوّل تجاري كالاندماج أو الاستحواذ أو نقل الأصول، قد تُنقل معلوماتك كجزء من هذه المعاملة. وفي مثل هذا الحدث، سنُقدّم إخطاراً للمستخدمين، وسيُلزم الطرف المُستلِم بالوفاء بالالتزامات الواردة في هذه السياسة أو توفير حماية مكافئة لها.

If Dirayaah Smart Technologies undergoes a business transition such as a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. In such an event, we will provide notice to users and the receiving party will be required to honor the commitments made in this Policy or provide equivalent protections.

08 تخزين البيانات والبنية التحتية والأمن Data Storage, Infrastructure, and Security

8.1 الاستضافة

تُستضاف خدمات الواجهة الخلفية لتطبيق صُحبة على بنية Cloudflare التحتية. يتم اختيار منطقة الاستضافة تلقائياً لتوفير أفضل جودة اتصال لمستخدمي الخدمة.

Suhba's backend services are hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. The hosting region is selected automatically to provide the best connection quality for users of the Service.

All communication between the Suhba mobile application and our backend services is conducted over encrypted channels using HTTPS / TLS 1.2+.

الوصول إلى قواعد بيانات الإنتاج لتطبيق صُحبة مُقتصر بشكل صارم على الأعضاء المُصرّح لهم من فرق الواجهة الخلفية (Backend) والـ DevOps الذين يحتاجون إلى هذا الوصول لتشغيل الخدمة وصيانتها وتأمينها. تتم إدارة الوصول وفق مبدأ الحد الأدنى من الامتيازات.

Access to Suhba's production databases is strictly limited to authorized members of our Backend and DevOps teams who require such access to operate, maintain, and secure the Service. Access is managed in accordance with the principle of least privilege.

8.4 حدود الأمن

8.4 Security Limitations

لا يمكن ضمان أن يكون أي نظام آمناً بشكل مطلق. ورغم تطبيقنا تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية البيانات المحدودة التي نحتفظ بها، إلا أننا لا يمكننا ضمان الأمن المُطلق. ونواصل تقييم ممارساتنا الأمنية وتحسينها بمرور الوقت.

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. While we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we hold, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We continue to evaluate and improve our security practices over time.

09 الاحتفاظ بالبيانات Data Retention

بما أن تطبيق صُحبة لا يجمع سوى اسمك الظاهر ولا يحتفظ ببيانات الصوت أو المحادثات أو السلوك، فإن ممارسات الاحتفاظ لدينا محدودة بالقدر المُناظر:

• سجلات الحساب (الاسم الظاهر): يُحتفظ بها طوال الفترة التي يبقى فيها حسابك نشطاً.
• الاتصالات الصوتية: لا يُحتفظ بها على الإطلاق (الوقت الفعلي فقط).
• محتوى المحادثات داخل التطبيق: لا يُحتفظ به.
• سجلات الخادم: لا تشمل بيانات شخصية.

إذا طلبت حذف حسابك (انظر القسم 11)، فسيتم حذف سجل حسابك واسمك الظاهر المُرتبط به نهائياً خلال مدة أقصاها ثلاثون (30) يوم عمل من استلام طلبك.

Because Suhba collects only your display name and does not retain voice, chat, or behavioral data, our retention practices are correspondingly minimal:

• Account records (display name): retained for as long as your account remains active.
• Voice communications: not retained at all (real-time only).
• In-app chat content: not retained.
• Server logs: do not include personal data.

If you request deletion of your account (see Section 11), your account record and associated display name will be permanently deleted within a maximum of thirty (30) business days from receipt of your request.

10 خصوصية الأطفال Children's Privacy

تطبيق صُحبة مُخصّص للمستخدمين البالغين من العمر ثلاثة عشر (13) عاماً فأكثر. الخدمة ليست موجهة للأطفال دون سن الثالثة عشرة، ولا نقوم عن علم بجمع معلومات شخصية من أطفال دون هذه السن.

تطبيق صُحبة غير مُسجَّل في برنامج Designed for Families من Google Play.

إذا كنت ولياً أو وصياً وتعتقد أن طفلاً دون سن الثالثة عشرة قد سجّل في صُحبة أو قدّم معلومات عبره، يُرجى التواصل معنا باستخدام البيانات الواردة في القسم 20، وسنتخذ الإجراءات المناسبة لحذف الحساب والمعلومات المعنية.

Suhba is intended for users aged thirteen (13) and above. The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Suhba is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families program.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under the age of 13 has registered for or provided information through Suhba, please contact us using the information in Section 20, and we will take appropriate steps to delete the relevant account and information.

11 حقوقك Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. Because Suhba only holds your display name and account record, the information returned will reflect this minimal scope.

يمكنك طلب تصحيح المعلومات الشخصية غير الدقيقة. وينطبق ذلك حالياً على اسمك الظاهر. وتُخطَّط لإضافة خيار ذاتي الخدمة لتحديث الاسم الظاهر من داخل التطبيق في إصدار مستقبلي؛ وسيتم تحديث هذه السياسة عندما تتوفّر هذه الميزة.

You may request correction of inaccurate personal information. At present this applies to your display name. A self-service option to update your display name from within the App is planned for a future release; this Policy will be updated when that functionality becomes available.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information. See Section 12 for the deletion process.

يمكنك سحب موافقتك على معالجتنا لمعلوماتك الشخصية في أي وقت. ولأن استخدام تطبيق صُحبة يستلزم معالجة اسمك الظاهر، فإن سحب الموافقة سيؤدي إلى حذف حسابك وفق ما هو موضّح في القسم 12.

You may withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information at any time. Because the use of Suhba requires the processing of your display name, withdrawing consent will result in deletion of your account in accordance with Section 12.

لممارسة أي من الحقوق المذكورة أعلاه، يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني المُوضّح في القسم 20. وسنرد على طلبك خلال ثلاثين (30) يوماً من تاريخ استلامه. لا توجد أي رسوم لتقديم طلب يتعلق بحقوقك، ولن نتخذ أي إجراء عقابي ضدك لممارسة حقوقك.

To exercise any of the rights described above, please contact us by email using the address provided in Section 20. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days of receipt. There is no fee for submitting a rights request, and we will not retaliate against you for exercising your rights.

12 حذف الحساب Account Deletion

لا تتوفّر حالياً ميزة الحذف الذاتي للحساب من داخل التطبيق. لحذف حسابك، يُرجى إرسال طلب الحذف إلينا عبر البريد الإلكتروني باستخدام بيانات التواصل في القسم 20.

عند استلام طلبك، سنقوم بـ:

• التحقق من أن الطلب مُقدّم من صاحب الحساب.
• حذف سجل حسابك واسمك الظاهر المُرتبط به نهائياً خلال مدة أقصاها ثلاثون (30) يوم عمل من استلام الطلب المُتحقَّق منه.
• تأكيد إتمام الحذف عبر رسالة بريد إلكتروني للرد.

بما أن تطبيق صُحبة لا يحتفظ ببيانات صوتية أو محادثات أو سلوكية، فلا توجد فئات إضافية من البيانات تتطلب الحذف بخلاف سجل حسابك.

Self-service account deletion from within the App is not currently available. To delete your account, please send a deletion request to us by email using the contact information in Section 20.

Upon receiving your request, we will:

• Verify that the request is made by the account holder.
• Permanently delete your account record and associated display name within a maximum of thirty (30) business days from receipt of the verified request.
• Confirm completion of the deletion by reply email.

Because Suhba does not retain voice, chat, or behavioral data, no additional categories of data require deletion beyond your account record.

13 التواصل والإشعارات Communications and Notifications

لا يُرسل تطبيق صُحبة حالياً إشعارات Push، أو رسائل بريد إلكتروني تسويقية، أو رسائل SMS، أو أي اتصالات ترويجية. تُسلَّم أي إعلانات متعلقة بالخدمة عبر شاشة مُخصّصة داخل التطبيق. ولا نحتفظ بأي قائمة لاتصالات تسويقية.

Suhba does not currently send push notifications, marketing emails, SMS messages, or promotional communications. Any service-related announcements are delivered through a dedicated screen inside the App. We do not maintain a marketing communications list.

14 المدفوعات وعمليات الشراء داخل التطبيق Payments and In-App Purchases

لا يُقدّم تطبيق صُحبة أي عمليات شراء داخل التطبيق، أو اشتراكات، أو طبقات مدفوعة، أو سلع افتراضية تُباع بعملات حقيقية، أو أي ميزات مدفوعة أخرى. ولا نقوم بجمع أو معالجة أو تخزين أي بطاقات دفع أو معلومات مصرفية أو أي بيانات مالية أخرى.

Suhba does not offer any in-app purchases, subscriptions, premium tiers, virtual goods sold for real currency, or other paid features. We do not collect, process, or store any payment cards, banking information, or other financial data.

15 الإعلانات Advertising

لا يحتوي تطبيق صُحبة على إعلانات من أي نوع. لا نُدمج شبكات إعلانية (مثل AdMob أو Unity Ads)، ولا نستخدم مُعرّفات إعلانية، ولا نمارس الإعلانات السلوكية أو السياقية، ولا نُشارك أي بيانات مع شركاء إعلانيين.

Suhba does not contain advertising of any kind. We do not integrate advertising networks (such as AdMob or Unity Ads), do not use advertising identifiers, do not engage in behavioral or contextual advertising, and do not share any data with advertising partners.

16 تسجيلات الدخول والتكاملات مع أطراف ثالثة Third-Party Logins and Integrations

لا يتكامل تطبيق صُحبة مع مزوّدي الهوية الخارجيين (مثل Google Sign-In أو Apple Sign-In أو تسجيل الدخول عبر Facebook)، ولا مع الشبكات الاجتماعية، أو أنظمة التقويم، أو أنظمة إدارة التعلّم، أو منصات المراسلة. تعمل الخدمة كتطبيق مستقل.

Suhba does not integrate with third-party identity providers (such as Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or Facebook Login), social networks, calendar systems, learning management systems, or messaging platforms. The Service operates as a standalone application.

17 التخزين على الجهاز On-Device Storage

لا يُخزّن تطبيق صُحبة المعلومات الشخصية الحساسة في تخزين محلي غير مُشفّر على جهازك. وتُدار البيانات التشغيلية اللازمة لعمل التطبيق (مثل حالة جلستك النشطة) محلياً بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل التطبيق فقط.

The Suhba mobile application does not store sensitive personal information in unencrypted local storage on your device. Operational data necessary for the App to function (such as your active session state) is managed locally only to the extent required for the App to operate.

18 إنهاء الخدمة End of Service

إذا تم إيقاف تطبيق صُحبة كخدمة، سنُتيح للمستخدمين خيار تصدير بياناتهم المُرتبطة قبل الحذف النهائي. وسيتم إبلاغ المستخدمين بإشعار الإيقاف وبتعليمات التصدير من خلال التطبيق أو وسائل معقولة أخرى قبل تاريخ الإيقاف.

If Suhba is discontinued as a service, we will provide users with an option to export their associated data prior to permanent deletion. Notice of discontinuation and instructions for export will be communicated to users through the App or other reasonable means in advance of the discontinuation date.

19 تعديلات على سياسة الخصوصية Changes to This Privacy Policy

قد نُحدّث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من حين لآخر لتعكس تغييرات في ممارساتنا، أو تحديثات تقنية، أو ميزات جديدة، أو تغييرات في القوانين السارية. عندما نُجري تعديلات:

• سنقوم بتحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" في أعلى هذه السياسة.
• بالنسبة للتغييرات الجوهرية، سنُقدّم إشعاراً من خلال التطبيق قبل دخول التغيير حيّز التنفيذ.
• حيث ستُجمع أنواع جديدة من البيانات الشخصية (مثل الاستخدام المستقبلي لمُعرّفات الأجهزة أو عناوين IP لأغراض التحليلات)، ستُحدَّث السياسة قبل بدء عملية الجمع.

نُشجّعك على مراجعة هذه السياسة دورياً. ويُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام تطبيق صُحبة بعد تاريخ سريان السياسة المُحدّثة قبولاً للسياسة المُحدّثة.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technical updates, new features, or changes in applicable law. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy.
• For material changes, we will provide notice through the App in advance of the change taking effect.
• Where new types of personal data will be collected (such as future use of device identifiers or IP addresses for analytics), the Policy will be updated before such collection begins.

We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of Suhba after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
